Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have up to 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items on sale and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged, without exception.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. You can always contact us for any return questions at  nart@naturemakingart.com.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please get in touch with us at nart@naturemakingart.com.

We will refund the full order amount, minus a shipping fee. 

Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right

Cleaning and Caring

Please be aware that these are natural products made with natural fibers. They are very delicate and can change color over time.

If bent, it will damage the original shape of the piece. Do not wet it: it may change its color, texture, and appearance.

Exchanges

We can only exchange your order once we receive the original item.
If you want to speed up this process, you should place a new order while we wait for the original item to be refunded.

International Orders

Unfortunately, we can’t process returns, refunds, or exchanges on international orders at this moment.
